the documentation of the visone software is still fragmentary. As a main resource, you should have a look at visone's wiki. The short first steps guide describing some of the basic concepts is rather outdated but maintained here until the wiki is completely finished. Various articles linked from the publications page explain details of analysis and visualization methods used.
